A large part of the original structure was removed, and we introduced structural steelwork to create a bright, open plan interior. We also carried out a full internal renovation adding several new bathrooms, a beautifully hand finished kitchen, and smart home tech throughout for a seamless, modern living experience.  

The final finish leans into a modern industrial look, with polished concrete floors running throughout and striking burnt larch cladding on the exterior.
